About Lisa
My Journey to a Heart of Serenity
Hello, I'm Lisa. I am a Transpersonal Coach, a meditation guide, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, a devoted wife, mother, and soon-to-be grandmother of three. My calling is to help sensitive, purpose-driven souls uncover their wholeness, trust themselves deeply, and live in alignment with who they truly are.
At the heart of my work is a deep faith that each person is created with purpose and guided by a wisdom far greater than ourselves. I believe that when we learn to listen—to our inner knowing and to the quiet guidance of God—we begin to walk more fully in peace, clarity, and authenticity.
From a young age, I knew I was different. I felt deeply attuned to the world around me—sensing emotions, energies, and unspoken currents in every environment. At times, this sensitivity felt like both a blessing and a burden. I experienced joy in my deep empathy and awareness, but I also carried frustration, overwhelm, and confusion about why I seemed to experience life so intensely.
Over time, I began to see that this depth of awareness was not something to fix, but something placed within me with intention.
Discovering I Am an HSP
In my search for clarity, I began exploring why I felt so impacted by external circumstances and the emotions of others. Through guidance, prayerful reflection, and self-study, I discovered that I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)—someone with a heightened sensitivity to sensory input, emotions, and social cues.
At first, this realization was difficult to accept. For years I had believed something was “wrong” with me. But as I learned more about the science and spirituality of being an HSP, my perspective began to shift.
I came to see that my sensitivity was not a weakness, but a gift—a way of perceiving the world with deeper compassion and awareness. I began to understand that God often uses tender hearts and sensitive spirits to bring comfort, insight, and healing to others.
What once felt confusing slowly began to reveal itself as part of my purpose.

Embracing My Spiritual Gift
Through daily meditation, prayer, boundary-setting, and spiritual exploration, I began cultivating mental clarity and emotional steadiness. What once felt overwhelming gradually became the very strength that grounds me.
I learned that sensitivity, when supported with faith and wisdom, can become a powerful source of discernment, compassion, and resilience.
Today, I live with a heart of serenity—meeting life’s challenges with peace, compassion, and trust in the unfolding path before me.
This journey has shaped my life’s work: to walk alongside others who share this depth of sensitivity, helping them rediscover the wholeness, balance, and clarity that already exists within them and guiding them toward the life they feel called to live.
Beyond Coaching
My life is enriched not only by my work, but also by my family. I am a devoted wife, a proud mother of two wonderful children, and soon-to-be grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren.
Family is one of the greatest blessings in my life. It continually reminds me of the love, patience, grace, and faith that shape who we become. These roles ground me in gratitude and joy, and they deeply inform the compassionate presence I bring to my coaching practice.
My Purpose
I believe every soul is capable of moving beyond survival into alignment, peace, and authentic expression.
For those who identify as highly sensitive—or who simply feel called to live more intentionally and soulfully—my mission is to help you embrace your unique gifts and rediscover the wisdom already placed within you.
Through faith, reflection, and compassionate guidance, I hope to help others step into a life of serenity, resilience, and deep self-trust—walking confidently in the purpose they were created for.
A Foundation of Faith
Throughout my journey, I have come to trust that sensitivity, purpose, and healing are not accidental—they are part of a greater design. When we slow down, listen deeply, and walk in faith, we begin to recognize the quiet ways God guides our lives toward peace and wholeness.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord,
“plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future.”
— Jeremiah 29:11
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
— Psalm 139:14
These words remind me—and those I walk alongside—that we are created with intention, guided with care, and capable of living a life rooted in peace, purpose, and serenity.
